All Armstrong Product orders placed on nationalaccounts.armstrongceilings.com are processed within 1 to 3 business days* after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How Do I Check the Status of my Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Armstrong. If the order is being delivered via Armstrong's small parcel carrier (FedEx) or LTL (less than truckload) carrier (Old Dominion), your email will include a tracking number you can use to check delivery progress.
Some Armstrong orders are fulfilled locally using our large network of building material distributors. If your order is being delivered by one of our distribution partners, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. You will likely also receive a phone call to schedule your delivery window with the delivery partner.
All estimated delivery time frames are clearly stated on the product detail page for the item you ordered. Our most popular products are typically delivered within 5 business days, while other items have a lead time up to 10 days, 2-4 weeks, or 4-6 weeks.
